How we work with you

We recognise that residential defects can sometimes involve sensitive circumstances and differing views between those involved. Advice is therefore provided in a balanced and constructive manner, with a focus on identifying practical solutions rather than simply highlighting problems.
Reports are written in clear, straightforward language and focus on recommendations that are proportionate to the circumstances. Where further specialist input is required, this will be clearly explained together with the reasons why.
