Planning Application
We were asked to prepare and submit a planning application for the replacement of windows to a large apartment block in the Clifton Conservation Area of Bristol. Our scope included the production of elevation drawings on AutoCAD for the application. Planning permission has been granted.
Application Approved
The planning application for the window replacement scheme has been approved by the local authority. A great result for us and the client. The approval allows the apartment block to be upgraded while keeping its character and conforming to conservation area rules.
Result
This project shows our ability to handle planning applications in conservation areas where detail, historical awareness and compliance is key. Our ability to produce detailed and accurate drawings and our knowledge of conservation rules made the process run smoothly.
